Shipping Policy & Terms
Delivery estimates are shown above in business days. Carrier handling, customs and local delivery conditions can affect arrival. Parcels are normally sent to the address provided at checkout, but direct door-to-door delivery cannot be guaranteed in every case.
Follow any customs notices and complete required tax payments or document submissions within the stated deadline. For customs-related costs and failed-clearance handling, including the Brazil-specific terms, read the Return Policy.
If normal delivery cannot be completed, a carrier may arrange redelivery or use a pickup point, parcel shop, locker or warehouse. Monitor tracking updates, respond to notices and collect the parcel within the carrier’s deadline. Undeliverable or uncollected parcels are handled under the Return Policy.
Provide complete and accurate shipping details. If a parcel is delayed or its status is unclear, contact QMSI with your order and tracking numbers. Do not send a swollen, leaking, overheating or otherwise unsafe battery back yourself; contact support for handling instructions first.
