Do not select a replacement by voltage alone. Confirm that the exact battery part number, device model, connector and dimensions are supported. Send photos of both labels to QMSI if the voltage marking differs; similar-looking voltage values do not establish compatibility.
Capacity is only one specification. A replacement must also meet the device’s electrical, physical and compatibility requirements. A higher-capacity option may have different dimensions or weight. Ask QMSI to confirm the exact replacement before ordering.
Compare the full original part number, including every suffix, with the product listing. Check voltage, connector and dimensions as well. If anything is unclear, send your device model and clear label and connector photos through Contact QMSI.
QMSI supplies replacement batteries. Confirm the exact battery part number, device model, label and connector before ordering.
Use the payment options shown for your order at checkout. Availability can depend on your destination and the payment provider. Contact QMSI if you need help before paying.
If PayPal is offered at checkout, any guest card-payment option is determined by PayPal for your transaction and location. Follow the options displayed on the payment screen; guest checkout is not guaranteed.
Start checkout from this QMSI website and follow the payment provider’s secure payment flow. Never send your full card number, card security code or account password in a support message.
Check the card details, billing address, expiry date and available funds. Your bank may also require online-payment authorization or an authentication step. If the payment is still declined, contact the card issuer before trying again.
The payment provider may still be clearing or reviewing the transaction. Check the status with that provider and contact QMSI with your order reference if needed. Avoid submitting a second payment until the first transaction’s status is clear.
Contact QMSI promptly with your order number and the requested change. Whether a change is possible depends on the processing and shipment status. Wait for confirmation; a request does not itself change the order.
Use the delivery estimate provided for your order and destination. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier handling and customs can affect arrival. See Shipping Information or contact QMSI with your order number.
Review the latest tracking information for delays, pickup instructions or customs requests. If the delivery estimate has passed or the status is unclear, contact QMSI with your order and tracking numbers.
Open Order Tracking and enter the requested order details. When carrier tracking is available, use that number to check shipment updates. Contact QMSI if you cannot locate your order.
A carrier may use a pickup point, parcel shop, locker or warehouse when normal delivery cannot be completed. Follow the carrier’s notice and tracking instructions, including identification requirements and the collection deadline.
The carrier and pickup location set the collection period. Check the deadline on the notice or tracking page and arrange collection in time. An uncollected parcel may be returned or handled under local carrier or customs rules.
Contact the carrier and QMSI promptly. Available options depend on the shipment’s current status and local delivery service. Address changes or another delivery attempt may involve additional charges.
Respond within the stated deadline and keep the official notices and receipts. Send QMSI your order number and relevant records if you need assistance. Customs and failed-clearance handling are described in the Return Policy.
The parcel may be returned, detained, destroyed or become non-returnable. QMSI reviews the carrier records and circumstances under the Return Policy. Failure to collect or complete required customs actions can result in customer-borne costs or loss of refund eligibility.
Check the delivery notice and ask household members, reception, the mailroom or property management whether they received it. Contact QMSI promptly with the order number, tracking number and any carrier delivery evidence so the case can be investigated.
Do not send a swollen, leaking, cracked, overheated, recalled or otherwise unsafe battery by ordinary mail or courier on your own. Contact QMSI first for handling instructions. Keep clear of a battery that is smoking or burning and contact local emergency services if there is immediate danger.
RMA means Return Merchandise Authorization. QMSI must approve your return and issue an RMA number before you send the product back. Read the RMA procedure and Return Policy.
Submit your name, contact details, order or invoice reference, battery model and a clear description of the issue. Include photos or a video where relevant, and say whether you request a refund or replacement. QMSI reviews return requests within 1–2 business days and provides approved return instructions by email.
No. Wait for approval, an RMA number and the return address before shipping. Keep the packaging, accessories and battery labels intact. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Yes. Provide the carrier name and tracking number to QMSI after sending an approved return. Keep your shipping receipt and follow the return deadline in your approval instructions.
After the return is received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days; the payment provider determines when the money reaches your account. Replacement orders are generally arranged within 2–7 business days. See the Return Policy for eligibility and costs.
QMSI provides a 30-day return or exchange policy and a 15-month battery warranty, subject to the conditions and phased service terms in the Product Warranty. Natural capacity loss and damage caused by misuse are excluded. Obtain approval before returning a product.
Keep ventilation clear, use a compatible charger and follow your device’s battery-care instructions. Avoid extreme temperatures, moisture and repeated deep discharge. Stop using a battery that is swollen, leaking or unusually hot and contact QMSI.
Check the model and connector before installation. Use the charger specified for your device and follow its manufacturer’s charging instructions. Lithium-ion batteries do not need repeated full-discharge cycles to develop a charge memory.
Confirm compatibility and inspect the charger and cable for visible damage. Check the device’s charging-limit settings and error messages. If the problem continues, contact QMSI with your order number, battery model and photos or a video. Do not open the battery pack.
Do not short-circuit the contacts, puncture, crush, disassemble or expose the battery to water or fire. Never try to revive a battery by freezing or heating it. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions for installation and recycling.
A charging problem can involve the battery, charger, connector, device settings or charging electronics. The symptom alone does not identify the faulty component. Consult the device manufacturer’s diagnostic procedure or a qualified technician, and send QMSI the results if the battery was purchased from us.
Some devices pause charging at a configured battery-health limit. Check that setting and the charger connection first. If the device does not recognize the battery or reports an error, record the message and contact support. Do not bypass protective circuitry.
Reduce screen brightness and unnecessary background activity, and use your device’s energy-saving mode. For extended storage, follow the manufacturer’s charge-level guidance, keep the battery in a cool, dry place and check it periodically so it does not remain empty.
Our product range includes laptop batteries, industrial equipment batteries and customized power solutions. Contact QMSI with the required model, quantity and destination to discuss your request.
